Careers at Blink

Join us on our mission to help enterprises build stronger frontline teams by making workplace communication visible, reliable, and accessible to everyone.

Blink team members at work.

We build software for the people who keep the world moving.

Most workplace software is built for people sitting at desks. We build for the people on their feet. The Blink app takes company news, shift schedules, payslips, and team chat and puts them into one accessible place on a worker’s personal phone.

When you join Blink, you aren't just writing code or selling software. You are equipping bus drivers, nurses, and store managers with the exact tools they need to stay informed, connect with their teams, and manage their daily work. Everything we build focuses on making their workday easier and more connected.

"We’re a small company, and that means we move fast — not because we’re told to, but because we take ownership. The people who thrive at Blink are the ones who spot opportunities, figure out where they can make an impact, and get to work. Autonomy and initiative aren’t just encouraged — they’re what drive us forward."

Clear goals, positive momentum, and real outcomes.

We focus entirely on what we can unlock for our users. We don't use tech jargon, we don't build features for the sake of it, and we don't waste time talking about how things used to be done.

Working at Blink means operating with total clarity. We expect plain-spoken communication, a focus on direct results, and a mindset that builds people up. If you like solving practical problems and seeing your work immediately benefit the daily lives of thousands of people, you will thrive here.

"At Blink, your voice is heard from day one. I've been consistently encouraged and empowered to share my opinion. I've been part of the design and build of everything that we've produced over the last 6 months. That means that whether we win or lose, I'm accountable."

What we value — and what we expect

We’re not big on buzzword-filled culture decks or empty value statements. Instead, we’ve built our way of working around six core competencies we call IMPACT — traits and behaviors we look for in every Blink team member. They guide how we hire, how we collaborate, and how we grow — because at Blink, culture isn’t what’s written down. It’s what we do every day.

Initiative

We’re a company full of self-starters. If you spot something that could be better, you’re empowered to fix it — no need to wait for permission or process. Curiosity and action go a long way here.

Mastery

We take pride in doing great work — not just getting things done. That means caring about the details, learning as we go, and holding each other to high standards (with a healthy dose of humility).

Passion

We care. A lot. About our craft, our team, and the people who use Blink every day. When something’s not right, we speak up. And when a challenge comes along, we lean in — together.

Act now

We like momentum. We stay focused on what matters, make decisions when we have enough to go on, and don’t let perfection slow us down. Progress over process, always.

Customer

Everything starts with the people who use Blink. We ask questions, listen closely, and care deeply about making their work lives better. When they win, we win.

Teamwork

We’ve got each other’s backs — and we’re not afraid to challenge each other, either. We work best when we’re honest, kind, and pulling in the same direction.

"What we do is significant, I love working with an ambitious team, who want to take this far. It's refreshing to work for a company that is truly product and engineering driven."

Frequently asked questions

I’d love to work at Blink, but I don’t see an open position that seems like the right fit for me. Is there anything I can do?

We’re always looking for talented, passionate people to join our team. If you don’t see a position that fits your skills right now, don’t worry! Feel free to send your resume to people@joinblink.com, and we’ll keep you in mind for future openings.

If I'm unsuccessful, will you give me feedback on how to improve?

We do our best to provide helpful feedback when possible, but due to the volume of applications we receive, we aren’t always able to offer detailed feedback to every candidate. We really appreciate the time and effort you put into your application.

What does the application process look like?

If we think you could be a great fit, we'll schedule a quick intro call (usually with someone from our Talent Acquisition team) to learn more about you and give you an overview of Blink.

From there, the process can vary depending on the role, but it typically involves interviews with Blink leaders, a demo of our product, and a task-based exercise.

We want to make sure it's the right fit for both sides, so we’ll keep the process as streamlined as possible — but thorough enough to give you the best shot at success.

I just submitted my application – what can I expect?

Awesome! Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and get back to you with an update within a few days. Thanks for your interest in Blink!

Is Blink an in-office company?

Blink has offices in London and Boston, and we embrace a hybrid working culture. Our teams in these locations come into the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays — and the energy on those days is hard to beat. Real-time collaboration, quick problem solving, and fast decision-making all come to life when we’re together, creating the momentum that pushes us forward as a company.
