We tried SharePoint — here’s what actually works for frontline internal comms

Make Microsoft work for every employee — not just the ones at a desk
SharePoint works for desk workers. But for frontline employees — who don’t sit at desks, live in Outlook, or check the intranet — it leaves a huge gap. Messages get missed. Resources go unused. Engagement stalls.
That’s where a modern approach comes in. In this webinar, you’ll hear from Specialized Packaging Group (SPG) used Blink alongside Microsoft to finally reach every employee — without wasting their SharePoint investment. Together, we’ll explore what actually works when you want communications to flow from HQ to every employee.
What you’ll learn:
- Why Microsoft tools fall short for the frontline: The practical reasons SharePoint doesn’t translate beyond the desk.
- The hidden challenges IT won't flag: From clunky workflows to mobile adoption struggles, learn the blockers that stall frontline comms.
- How SPG cracked the code: Real-world example of combining Blink + SharePoint to engage 100% of employees.
- What "good" looks like: A live demo of Blink + Microsoft in action — and a playbook you can use immediately.
Who should watch?
- Internal communications leaders who need to finally reach frontline employees
- IT leaders tasked with making Microsoft tools work harder
